Recently Acura announced that it will broaden the existing AcuraLink brand to improved set of digital services which will start with the launch of AcuraLink Owner’s Mobile App that will facilitate all the Acura customers.
The preliminary feature of AcuraLink Owner’s Mobile App will support the Roadside Assistance Program of Acura. Now via new iPhone app Acura users can easily access broad range of roadside assistance services. Acura Division’s Assistant Vice President for National Fixed Operations Charles Kendig said, “Roadside Assistance is now available at the push of a button with this user friendly application. This is another example of the flexibility, speed and expertise Acura clients have come to expect from our products, services and our brand.”
The Free app is presented by Cross Country Automotive Services which is the official partner of Acura’s Roadside Assistance. Acura drivers can access the diverse range of services which are offered by sign-and-drive program of Acura. Major components of services are; comprehensive towing, lock-out assistance, battery jump-start, fuel delivery and tire change. This application also features a button which can be used in emergency situations.
