The android competition of the international mobile markets is getting more and more intense because all of the mobile phone developers have jumped into the Android competition with their fantastic Android phones carrying some really high class capabilities. It has been reported that Sony Ericsson has increased its lineup of Android Smartphones with two new Android phones. Both of the latest models are coming with 2.55inch capacitive touch screen display with a resolution of 240×320 pixels. The sliding QWERTY keyboard is another beauty of both these Smartphones that is making than bigger and heavier than the other Smartphones of the company.

The new application launched by the company for tracking text messaging, missed calls, facebook and twitter updates is also coming in these two phones and earlier it was available on the Xperia X10. Being an Android phone the handsets will also be focusing on some exciting pre installed applications like Maps with street view, talk and voice search. Some other excitements which you’ll be able to enjoy with the new handsets 5Mp camera with LED flash, 3.5mm stereo headphone jack, A-GPS and FM radio. With the launch of two QWERTY keyboard enabled handsets Sony Ericsson will be able to respond to those critics that say the company has not much QWERTY enabled handsets.

Sony Ericsson has finally launched its satio, a phone with huge multimedia support, touch screen facility and many others. The technology is quite new with some extra ordinary features. Sony Ericsson is always striving for performance and ease regarding the use of its cellular phones. From the past many years it is bringing the new launches into the mobile market and each one better and different from the other. The sleek body with fantastic features of the satio will definitely attract the fun lovers. Get music, movies, games, apps, ringtones, themes and endless fun for your phone and PC at PlayNow arena.

The main attractive feature of this phone is its light weight and smart style with the razor-sharp 3.5″, 16:9 ratio wide screens. Its touch screen is very well positioned and most of the functions are in the thumb’s reach.
Now coming to the main feature, 12-megapixel camera with its very fast shutter capturing a moving object is not a big deal. The focusing and the face detection mode are remarkably nice and you can even focus by tapping the screen. Skin tones are excellent, displaying tonal changes accurately and the Xenon flash works well too, easily illuminating indoor shots. However, indoors image noise creeps in, even when the sensitivity is as low as ISO 200. This Picture quality is the main reason for this mobile’s success. It’s a real crowd-pleasing feature and no doubt plenty of people will buy it purely on that basis.

There are some problems with this new generation mobile as well. The first and for most is its low internal memory storage and that is only 128mb storage but its 8GB SD card is also available. But this minute problem can’t make people oversee the plethora of advantages.

The most noticeable other feature is the Sony Satio’s compatibility with ‘Play Now’, a new online interface that allows users to personalize their Satio’s entertainment facilities. Anyone familiar with iTunes will no doubt notice Play Now’s uncanny resemblance. The interface within the Satio is simply stunning and Sony Ericsson has incorporated some fantastic visuals. Connectivity when using the Satio is made easy enough with the inclusion of built-in WiFi while Bluetooth facilities and a USB port makes sharing as easy as ever. It’s connectivity to the internet is also remarkable. Another exciting feature is its direct link with youtube and BBC itunes which helps in fast video sharing over the internet across the whole world.

It could be better said that anyone who wants his mobile to perform tasks better than the conventional digital cameras should buy new Sony Ericson satio for sharp capturing of photos and videos. The scenes which were kept unrecorded due to bad light will now be best recorded due to the Xenon flash. It is not just a phone it’s a full camcorder with having a very light weight and sleek and stylish outlook.

The first Android device by Sony Ericsson is just a disaster in itself. The Android war which was started in the beginning of 2009 has now entered in a new era with blasting new features and speed.

Sony Ericsson one of the top mobile phone industries of the world has also played its role in this war by introducing its first Android Phone “The Xperia 10”. Like any Android phone it is also Part of a big “open OS” push by the company, this new interface will make appearances on a number of future handsets, both of the Android and Symbian persuasion.

As previously rumored, the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is based on a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250 processor – being the second Android phone to use a Snapdragon platform, after the Acer Liquid A1. Another very beautiful feature is its 8.1 megapixel camera with auto focusing, LED flash, and best of all the auto tagging; this feature tags each photo of the same persons and provides you upon search.

In shorts we can say that Sony Ericsson has entered the Android war as a very strong contender and the Xperia 10 in quality and features is not less than any Android phone in the whole world. Sony Ericsson says about the X10 that it’s “the flagship phone in a family of phones coming to market during the first half of 2010”, so we should expect more Android handsets to be announced soon by the this company.

This is a great choice for operators for its 12.1 MP space. The market is thrilled to welcome this new machine in UK. The technology is brand new with some amazing devices packed in it.

Vodafone is the operator currently officially endorsing for Ericsson. With the Satio purchase there are going to be more at work with the new phone deals. Orange has so far denied tying deals with the Satio. But as time moves there are supposed to be more to be coming on the way.

Soon major companies like T-Mobile and O2 will be stocking up on the new deals with the Satio. There are going to be new camera MP that is loaded with the Xenon and the LED flash. There is going to be GPS provision with this cute model.

The touch display is going to be based on Symbian S60 edition with the new OS systematization.

There is also quite a high price attached to this hefty little device. But Vodafone is offering as high as £35 or £40 every month for the major contract of two years coming with their opening deal. The handset however comes for free. Orange has sort of denied any plans with the Satio price offer but when they do work they are expected to bring the same kind of price tag.

The users get their own personal blog with the phone, where they can upload videos or photos captured by the in built 3.15 mp camera.

Walkman player provides a fine quality music experience, combined with Shake Control to select a random song, SensMe to auto-select songs according to your mood, Track ID to know about a song, and integrated stereo speakers. Built in stereo FM radio is another advantage.

Phone is packed with 2G GPRS technology, 2.5G EDGE technology, 3G HSDPA technology, and Bluetooth. Thus, wireless connectivity is fully available. Call quality is pretty fine, too.

Product’s Unique Selling Points:

Stylish design
Eye catching colors
Full of wireless internet and local connectivity
Stereo share jack

Limitations:

Not much up gradation from the previous version

Final Words:

Though not many changes have been made in this model; the camera, stereo share jack, integrated stereo speakers, 2 GB included card and wireless connectivity make it worth buying.

It is a slider phone, which slides to expose a smart looking alpha numeric keypad.
A smart design
A wonderful 8.1 mp cyber shot camera
Wireless connectivity
GPS and AGPS

HSDPA

Limitations:

Is a simple phone and doesn’t have computer features.

Final Words:

Basically, the focal point is its camera. Camera quality is good enough to be the sole reason behind purchasing this phone. It isn’t a bad option at all.

Let’s find out what it has to be your pick and what doesn’t cast a good impression on you.
Specs

It has a 240X320 pix, 262k color screen

It weighs just 92grams with 107×47x13mm dimensions.

Bluetooth is there, but no infra-red and GPS.

It houses a nice 3.2mp camera

Memory Stick Micro memory card is also there.

It supports HSDPA, GPRS, EDGE and 3G

Java is available

Polyphonic is available

I 4hrs talk and 14days stand by battery life for 3G and 10hrs talk and 16days standby for GSM.

Design

With its low key front panel and nicely contrast silver/black, the C510 has a really smarty feel with its candy bar looks. Undoubtedly, it’s a real treat to operate and hold this slimline phone. Its 2.2” QVGA scratch-resistant display looks bright and quite clearer for image viewing and operating various menus. You will find the same familiar user interface, for which Sony Ericsson is quite well-known. But you will also find a motion sensor accelerometer there too that helps to change screen orientation automatically when the phone is moved landscape and portrait positions.

Features

When it comes to features, this C510 houses a 3.2mp camera that has a nice autofocus system with other nice gadgetry like Smile Shutter, Face Detection and LED flash. As it’s a HSDPA equipped and 3G enabled handset, it nicely supports video and audio downloads and has lots of other Sony Ericsson’s well-known online based applications. For fulfilling entertainment quota, it has video and music players as well as FM radio. Some extra apps have also been included as well that include Skpe internet phone calling, Facebook application and instant messaging. It also includes a youTube app and Google maps as well.

Performance

With its impressive voice and sound quality, dependable connectivity and overall nice calling performance, the Sony Ericsson C510 is unparallel in this class of phones. Battery life, design, features, applications, connectivity and lots of other things seem to work quite fittingly in their respective class.

The bad

Though it looks quite perfect as a mid-tier handset, but you wouldn’t find a lot of must have gadgetry that is widely available in those handsets that seem quite attractive to almost all of us.

Unique selling point

A real treat for those who want a robust and impressive camera in their handsets

Impressive candy bar design that makes other fall in love with it

Replete with nice features and catchy apps.
