Samsung Tocco Ultra: A Review

In short: You can either find a good slider or an impressive touhscreen phone, but not both in one. If you are looking for a really impressive touchscreen slider, you believe it or not, it’s true that Samsung has successfully combined these two digital-aphrodisiac factors in its new Samsung Tocco Ultra. This flagship device has a leading class OLED display, an 8mp camera, GPS, media player, memory card slot, Bluetooth and high-speed internet connectivity. Although its user interface could be a lot better for nice texting, yet a lovely device.

The Tocco Ultra S8300 is Samsung’s next-gen slide phone and it has emerged at the time that many of us seem to believe that slide phone days are numbered. But Samsung has successfully done some new tweaks to make slide phone emerge again with more hoot and howl. In a press release, Samsung has declared the S8300 Tocco Ultra its flagship device for the current year.

Design

With its 12.7mm thickness and 118g weight, the phone looks great and somewhat thinner the Samsung Soul. The thing that really gives a high-end touch is its brushed metal finish that hides an array of nice and impressive features inside and it’s really remarkable the way Samsung has provided such an array in such a phone. No doubt, this is one of the highest spec cell phones available in the market these days.

Samsung i8510 smartphone and Sony Ericsson C905 are the only phones that appear somewhat competent in front of Tocco Ultra when it comes to specs.
