Samsung 3DTV
Samsung has been seen to be very active in the production of 3DTVs and the company carries great plans for the future 3DTVs. Recently we have seen that Samsung has provided some warnings for people regarding watching the 3DTVs and it has been suggested that Pregnant women, children under the age of six or those who have had a drink or two should avoid the 3D functionality in their TVs. The company has then discussed the reason behind these warnings in an event at London and the company’s spokes man said “We started looking at 3D in 1999 at our advanced technology centre. Since then we have tried out the 3DTVs on a number of people, looked at lots of diagnostics and what we have found is that each person’s ability to recognize the 3D effect is slightly different”.
From such discussions of the company it seems that 98 percent of people won’t be having difficulty in watching the 3DTVs and only 2 percent will be those one who are not suggested to watch 3DTVs. For the kids this statement has been provided “It depends on the distance of your two eyes. Most people have a 2.5-inch distance and they won’t have a problem but small children who have a smaller distance may not see the 3D image properly” and this thing is pretty much true. Thus we can see that company is not only bringing on new technologies to raise its profit but it also cares for the health and safety of its customers.
