Samsung has announced its two net books N110 and N120 lately. With little display screens and longer battery lives, these net books are determined to give a better experience to users.
The N110 and N120 are all about long battery lives. N110 has a 10.1 inches wide LED display screen, offering a longer battery life that is about 9.3 hours per charge. It comes with an Intel Atom processor inside, a 1.3 mp web camera, memory card reader, Windows XP as the operating system, 3 USB ports and an optional Bluetooth 2.0. It also features an anti bacterial user friendly keyboard and 1 6 cell battery. The net book has a rough and rugged outer case named “Duracase”, which will be available in an array of colors.
The N120 also features a 10.1 inches LED display screen, but surprisingly, Samsung has fitted (by some means) a full size 12 inches laptop style keyboard and a much lain this small net book. This combined with an improved battery life of almost unbelievable 10.5 hours are the best features combined in any tiny net book till date.
Other features are almost alike those in N110, with an additional integrated SRS 2.1 channel audio system. Net books are usually characterized as ultra portable computers used only for the basic computer work, excluding all kinds of complex features. Thus this audio system is an addition to usual net books’ features. The Duracase is also present in N120.
Price range for both the net books is still unknown, and they will hit the market in coming month of April.
