Nokia E63 Review

Nokia E63 has been evaluated as a substitute of E71 since the day it hit market. In many ways, both phones are capable of being compared to each other. A QWERTY email-focused Business phone; even named as “the plastic E71”; E63 is evidently built on the older E71’s design. This phone was released in December 2008.
To understand this mobile phone, let us get a look at its specifications:

Instead of a metal shell as the one E71 had, this candy bar is plastic-clad. Where the metal-lovers would miss a solid outside, cleanliness fans will surely like the phone as there is no more finger-printed smudged covering. Flashlight of camera can also be used as a torch.
The new-fangled touch sensitive Navi-Wheel which surrounds the conventional d-pad should make it
more effortless for the user to flip between menus and screens. Also, it has a wider keyboard (though only a couple of millimeters wide) with a little bigger keys than the E71, and a new “/” key.
Another pleasant attribute of E63 is longer battery life. It is expected to stay charged for about 11 hours of talk time and 432 hours of standby time.
Product Unique Selling Points:
- 120 MB of internal memory, micro SD expansion up to 8GB
- 369 MHz ARM 11 CPU and 128 MB of SDRAM
- Symbian 9.2 OS, S60 UI with FP1
- Comfortable full QWERTY keypad
Limitations:
There are certain features in E63 which can devaluate it.
The device has no side-buttons for volume adjustment or voice recording. Moreover, the space bar at the lowest row of keyboard is not a wide one. E63 does not come with GPS (Global Positioning System) support; neither does it hold up HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) data. Both of these technologies are a must in all business phones, though. Perhaps the biggest glitch of E63 is its 2x zoom 2 mega pixels Camera, which is not a very impressive characteristic.
Besides these little drawbacks, E63 is an affordable phone with almost all the key features of any business phone.
