Motorola has been taking some legal actions against a Chinese giant technology ‘Huawei’ from the past 2 years and the reason is that according to Motorola’s claims; Huawei is stealing the trade secrets of company. Previously in 2008 Motorola filed a lawsuit against this company, in that initial lawsuit Motorola sued five of its employees for sharing the trade secrets with Lemko which has a reseller agreement with Huawei.

This time the company has made the updating of that previous suit and in that it has been claimed that one of the engineers have provided the information on a Motorola transceiver and other highly-confidential tech with Huawei’s founder, Ren Zhengfei. This time Motorola has got a bit more straightly pointing o9ut towards Huawei.

When asked about these claims Huawei denied any wrong doings and this statement came out from their side “Huawei has no relationship with Lemko, other than a reseller agreement. Huawei will vigorously defend itself against baseless allegations” and further “There is a lot of attention amongst Chinese companies and (multinational companies) doing business in China where people are looking at their business practices and ways to minimize unauthorized leakage of information”.

While a Motorola Spokesman ennifer Erickson added “We don’t comment on pending litigation, but will continue to vigorously defend our IP (intellectual property).” Both the companies are still blaming on each other and who is the wrongdoer? The answer is still awaited.
