LG is planning to introduce a 3G wristwatch-style handset at the CES that will be held next month.
This new phone has been built on the model that was presented at CES a year back. The new wristwatch-style phone LG-GD910 handset will be available in Europe at first.
A 1.4-inch display (touchscreen) has been placed in the center of this wristwatch-style phone and most of the interaction is done with it. It also has a keypad that can be used for calling. Some buttons have also been placed at one side of the body.
This WCDMA phone features the support for HSDPA data system, so we can expect fast downloading. A minute camera has also been featured at one corner of the screen, so video calls can also be made with it.
Bluetooth, text-to-speech functionality, a speakerphone and a nice MP3 player are some other included features. And one thing more it is also water-resistant.
No word about the release of this new phone, however, we can expect more details at CES.

A wrist watch,a phone, a camera, a mp3 player and that also water resistant with HSDPA system support(High Speed Downlink Packet Access) and a touch screen display. But I think it will not be user friendly and cannot contain all the features of a cell phone.
Ha-ha, awesome. I guess now everyone have the bling of a secret agent. I’m looking forward to holding one of these in my hands. The water resistance seems like it would be useful in the case of any phone; puddles, airplane lavatories… phones have seen all of these.
And touch screens are a beautiful thing. My wrist watch is pretty clunky; as long as this thing isn’t literally a brick, I think I’d be sold.
