To mention Killzone2 without mentioning H word is as, as mentioning bride without her groom. Isn’t it an apex of hype? Well, Killzone2 was somewhat unfortunate to be subjected to it a lot. The original one had to struggle a lot under it, but couldn’t deliver that Killzone 2 handled to utterly undercut itself in 05 with its only one significant pre-rendered video which became the cause of a powerful kafuffle in the community of gaming. But right now, the surrounding squabble feels quite pointless.
When it comes to graphics, one would find the Killzone2 at the apex of shooter first person design and there are many average sorts of encounters in the overall 10 mission campaign which is a party of dizzying, ignition and spell-binding chaos. Helghan has been depicted as horribly deadly planet which looks as dreadful as one feels that it was made by taking someone to have seven circles around the hell to build a bloody motorway station there, and Guerrilla is quite well aware of that fact. There is an incredible degree of detail for friendly and Enemy A1 models, similarly, it offers great lighting effects with anti-aircraft barrages, striking lighting and the numerous gunfire illuminates staccato and an array of catchy ways.
You will also find some well-known faces from the real Killzone on PS2 that have been nicely featured in the Killzone2. Rico Velasquez and Jan Templar are in starring roles It will be foul-mouthed Rico who will do your head in many hours of main campaign while somewhat bearable Templer will have a back seat in the commanding ship.
It is quite different from the original one in which one could make believe of getting some variety of game play after controlling various characters and you are stuck on a Sergeant “Sev” role, who is an army man that can meet the Haze side in a quite stereotypical way to meet your hopes. This change was intended to draw the rest of the narrative into a nice coherent and engaging way.
Unique Selling Point
- It offers amazingly spectacular lighting effects
- You get a nice strong sense of déjà vu after accomplishing few missions
- Find it quite easier and quicker to control
- A nice emblem of PS3 graphical superiority
