Netbooks Applications
Intel which is popular as a good chip maker is now planning to bring several applications for the Netbooks and mobile devices at the upcoming Mobile World Congress. Basically the company is going for some software development program that will be designed to populate its AppUp Center application store with multiple applications. According to some blog post the company has plans to show off these applications along with the Atom developer program for which many people are desperately waiting.
Basically the main focus to build these applications is the AppUp center which the company wants to establish just like that of Google’s application store or Apple’s application store. The company is now depending completely on the developers to build free as well as paid applications for the Netbooks and mobile devices and try to develop the company’ s reputation in this regard.
Some of the applications which have been discussed in the blog are Fring, PopCatcher, Fanomena, and Fluoh and it has also reported that several other applications are also on their way. Some video editing applications are also coming and the ones discussed on the blog are video editor JayCut, image browser PhotoFlow, Last.fm client Vagalume, and EyeSight, the details of these applications will be available very soon and it is expected that these applications will be a real profit earning source for the company.
