HTC is the well known company of the world and the reason behind this much fame is its wide range of Android phones in the market, the Android war which is very hot these days in the international mobile markets has been prevailing because of HTC’s new Android phones. The Smartphone army of HTC is increasing at a very high rate and this is the reason this company is gaining a very good reputation in the international mobile markets. In this article I am going to review another very stylish Smartphone by HTC ‘HTC dream’ which is no doubt a dream of every Smartphone lover.

The HTC Dream was in fact the first phone which was coming with an open source android operating system that was developed by Open Handset alliance. The sleek and stylish design and capabilities of this phone are also awesome. This mobile is also known as the T mobile G1 and it has a very solid construction and features a soft touch finish on the back that provides the remarkable texture making easy for the use to hold this in your hand. This phone also uses the WebKit as the basis for its browser which is also core of Safari browser on iPhone. The detailed description of the features of this mobile is given below.

  1. Without any need of the installment of some external application this phone has its own online connectivity with which it gives direct access to Gmail, Google Maps and YouTube. For the best quality of data sharing this phone has 2100MHz Network.
  2. It uses full HTML browsing and with that it also has a Java support also and with all that you can surf any website except those which uses flash. You can also pan across the screen to manage the web pages.
  3. The media player of this phone though is not very unexceptional as it is not a very impressive multimedia phone but it is quite normal for the casual listener. The web browsing also enables you to upload music online.
  4. The perception Maps of this phone are also fantastic and it never lets you feel lost anywhere along the world. With these maps you can also take with 3600 panoramic scenes.
  5. It gives you direct access to the android market and from there you can easily download and install your favorite software, music and games with a single tap of the button.
  6. The dazzling 3.2 inch display is really very touch sensitive which is both finger friendly and super intuitive. You can slide the screen out of way to expose the full five row QWERTY keyboard.

This phone is thus a very high quality phone coming from the HTC’s side which is an android power Smartphone and it supports features that will appeal to the internet lovers and some limitations like missing SMS feature, no video recording and no on-screen keyboard are also present with this phone but overall I can say that it is a pretty decent phone from the HTC’s side.
