HP to Join Forces with RIM for Cell Phone Business

Blackberry maker RIM and HP are joining hands to develop and sell software for RIM’s well-known BlackBerry smartphones.
To improve efficiency in business people, the two companies are considering designing new software that can be very handy for business users while on the go and help them perform various tasks amazingly quickly.
One example of this new venture is Hewlett Packard’s CloudPrint for RIM’s BlackBerry cell phone. With the help of this web-based service, BlackBerry users will be able to print their various stuff like documents, web pages, emails, photos and other such stuff as long as they are online.
Another software named as HP Operations Manager will also be launched that will offer better control to IT with Enterprise Server of BlackBerry.
This server software and Web service from HB will be demonstrated at the Wireless Enterprise Symposium that will start from 5th May in Orlando.
No word about the availability of the new software, but according to the statement issues by the companies, it seems that the two companies the services will be workable with BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.
