How to Use Google Wave?

Google Wave is a really wonderful application by Google which is in fact a self-described personal communication and collaboration tool announced by Google in the previous year. Basically this application is designed to merge, email, instant messaging, wikis and specially the social networks to one’s own user interface and gives him updates from all the above mentioned things. This application has made internet a hyper-personal productivity machine which always keeps him connected to his world (both personal and professional).

Instead of emailing your recent photographs to your friends you can add them on your wave and the other connected to your network will get this update from your side and you can also invite your friends to add their comments on your stuff. Google wave is designed as a new internet communication platform that is written in Java using openJDK and the interface uses the Google Web toolkit. The waves, as defined by Google are just the XML documents that allow seamless and low latency concurrent modifications. In this article I am going to guide you for the usage of this fantastic application by Google.

1. First of all you are required to update your Google account profile. For this matter first sign in to your Google account and then click on the settings, it’s time now to update you avatar and other profile details. If you want to have a new identity of you related to your hobby then this is the place where you can set new things regarding you and your life.
2. Now link your social networks with Open ID and if you want to keep up all your logins of social IDs then you have to make an Open ID account. As the Google Wave is open source applications so it won’t demand too much from you, as you just have to maintain your data on that account.
3. It’s time now to filter the information, store and sort information from your social networks. All you have to do is to create a wave with robot and add music, videos, RSS feeds and other articles of information. The playback feature is here to help you record your daily information hunt.
4. After you social networks will be linked your contacts will appear as avatar because you  have to invite your friends to Wave now and when they start appearing as avatars drag them into the wave. Now the wave will serve as a real time continuously conversation with several people.
5. You can now change the wave settings according to you, there is no need to spend all your time in sorting and commenting on information but it would be better if you make it relevant to you. For this just add a bloggy icon and publish directly to you blog or website.
6. Another major activity which you can perform with the Wave is to become an influencer by using the conversation to create some authentic relationship. Now becoming influencer is pretty easy, you just have to filter the information and share it with others. If you are business than you can transfer conversation about problems into solutions at your store.
