Just like any other technological field of today’s online world, Google is also working on the online movie services. Recently FT has reported that Google is planning for the development of paid on demand movie service via YouTube that will be available by the end of this year.

TechRadar has reported some source of saying that “Google and YouTube are a global phenomenon with a hell of a lot of eyeballs – more than any cable or satellite service” and also “They’ve talked about how many people they could steer to this. . . it’s a huge number.”

This announcement was actually followed by the News that Google is booting the free movies on demand offerings on YouTube. Some other reports are saying that Apple is also looking for the development of some product for the movie streaming market. So we can say that the next competition between the technology beasts is going to happen in the online movie’s market.

If the competition do gets started then Google has a benefit over Apple and that is YouTube, the most famous video streaming service of the world while Apple still don’t possess any such service in its application store. Nothing could be said at this time because the technology developers can bring a marvel at any times so just keep your fingers crossed and see which one brings the excitement first.
