Imagine if you are ready to start your car in the morning for the office or for the weekend getaway and discover a flat tire. You will feel so disgusting but how did it happened overnight. In order to find out, check if your tire valve has a missing cap, if so then it is due to a leaky valve. Those caps are very much important to keep away the dirt and the moisture that can cause leakages. Make sure that you keep caps on all the valves of your tires. Also, when you are replacing the tires of your car just remind the shop to put new valves along with the tires.
Always keep tire pressure gauge with yourself and check the tire pressure at least once in a month and more in case it is hot weather condition. You should always keep your tires inflated as recommended in the vehicle’s owner’s manual. Also check tires when they are cold.
