Google Wave
Google wave is another very exciting application brought for the users by Google which is an open source site and it gives you a direct access to all your social networking sites and friends at a same panel and now there is no need to individually go to each of your website and update your status, just do that on the Wave and it will be updated on all of your profiles. After logging on to Google wave the application brings many goodies for you that have been named as extensions and adding extensions to your Google wave profile is a very easy job that takes some simple steps.
-
In your Google wave inbox there must be a mail from Dr Wave and that will be inviting you to the Google Wave. Now click on the wave and accept the invitation.
- Now inside you welcoming wave you will be shown link to the extension gallery and by clicking that link the extension gallery will be opened in the other wave.
- The extensions on the gallery will be shown as a very little puzzle piece and below there are the buttons for install and uninstall. You can get any extension by clicking the install; some really helpful extensions like Google Map are pre-installed in your wave.
- One you have got the extensions by installing them now comes the time to add them into the wave. Edit your wave and while doing so each of the installed extension will appear as buttons click on the desired button and they’ll be added to your wave.
Thus the four stepped process can bring more enhancement to your wave and you can enjoy the application even better than before. Extensions are provided for your ease only so if you want any additional facility for your wave you can check it in the extension gallery.
