He was the one who suggested that if people wake up early in summer, they will able to work more in the day light and thus it will save more candles. Day light saving was first introduced in U.K. in the year 1917 and later on it was spread to many different places globally.

Well, as observed and explained by 3 scientists from Spain, that the acceleration of the expansion of the cosmos is deceptive caused due to slowing of time. As per their calculations, the time may stop at last. And when that will happen everything will eventually comes to standstill position.
